Jiva Holistic Retreats offers groups and individuals the opportunity for immersion in the Vedic arts and spiritual relaxation in the holy village of Vrindavan.

During our Seminar Retreats, Jiva founder and Director Dr. Satyanarayana Dasa teaches a special course on one of the following topics: Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Art of Love, Vedic Psychology, Sankhya Philosophy, Vaishnava Philosophy, Bhagavad Gita, Ayurveda & Spirituality, Yoga & Ayurveda. Groups can choose the seminar of their choice in planning their retreats.
Ayurvedic Massage Retreats offer daily two hour Kerala massage treatments. Participants have a private consultation with our Ayurvedic Consultant and are given personalized diets. If you are looking to relieve stress, detox or relax, this is the retreat for you. If you are interested in learning Ayurvedic massages, we have qualified staff at your disposition. On request certificates can be issued.
Ayurvedic Cooking Retreats give students the theoretical and practical knowledge to take charge of their health. Students will learn about food combinations, food preparation and food requirements for different physical human constitutions.
All Jiva Holisitic Retreats take place at our serene campus in sacred Vrindavan. Participants are invited to enjoy our air conditioned rooms, private bathrooms, gardens, balconies, verandas and roof decks. Our Ayurvedic Chef prepares three vegetarian meals daily. And our friendly Indian and International Staff will happily serve you to ensure your experience is a special one.
Our expert staff will help you discover the essence of the numerous sacred sites in and around Vrindavan. Excursions include visiting some of the 5000 temples in Vrindavan, a boat tour along the Yamuna River, Parikrama (Circumabulation) of Govardhan Hill, Radha Kunda, Krishna’s birthplace in Matura, Mathura Museum and the Taj Mahal in Agra.
Additional complementary programs for Retreat participants include Daily Yoga classes, Kirtan and philosophical lectures by Dr. Satyanarayana Dasa on the Srimad Bhagavata Purana.
